I came home from a couple of days at Zion National Park. Only to find I had no water pressure in my house. This was at 7 pm on July 2. Just before July 4th weekend. I called a plumber I had used before only to get voice mail. I went on line to find plumbers and look at the reviews to find someone reputable. I found MC Plumbing and gave them a call. Within 1 hour Homero was at my house giving me an estimate as well as some solid advice on my 2 options. The easy/cheaper way or the right/more expensive way. I chose the latter because my house had not been plumbed correctly when built. Homero and his assistant Jorge came the next morning at 7 am and worked until 9 pm to finish the job. They had to cut into some drywall and also cut some of the stucco on the side of the house. They sent the drywall guy on July 4th and he and his crew fixed the drywall and will finish the stucco today. I couldn't be more satisfied with he work, Homero and the company as a whole. If you need a plumber. These are your guys.

Really good guy Juan came over. Taught me a few things about my plumbing system. Very knowledgeable. Working with this company was really easy and very much a pleasure.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. We had a tankless hot water heater installed about 8 months ago which suddenly stopped providing hot water. Called for same day service and Rafi appeared 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time! He reset and tested the unit and it works perfectly again! Turns out the cause was most likely a power bump that occurred the day before. Highly recommend Butter Plumbing.

Very professional and able to fix the plumbing

Jeff only stayed for half an hour. As planned, he came out first thing in the morning and called me 15 minutes before he was due to arrive. Fixing my water line was a breeze, and it solved my problem perfectly. Though the price is steep, I am now only using 5 gallons of water each day and only mopping once instead of twice. This gentleman has proven to be dependable for Las Vegas Plumbing. They were respectful of both my time and my space. I plan on reusing them.

I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.
