After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. I had a water leak that was creating an additional pool on my side yard. I called 20 emergency plumbers and no one answered or told me that was something they could help me with. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone and a person was out here within 45 minutes. He found the shut off and I was able to stop the massive water leak. I would highly recommend calling them when you have a plumbing need.

The teach was super helpful and but the leak didn’t fix anything and the leak is back and even worse causing a flood in my other bathroom again.

DEFINITELY A 10 IF I COULD. PLUMBER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY THOROUGH AND SUCCESSFULLY CLEARED A SEVERELY CLOGGED PIPE THEREFORE SAVING US $$ IN BUYING A NEW BATHROOM FIXTURE.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

Thank you to YES! Air Conditioning & Heating Co. I had a concern about our system. We scheduled an appt; Ivan was a delightful service tech. Very polite, very kind. He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done

I contacted Rakeman Plumbing with an urgent clogged drain at our dental office. They were so helpful and professional setting up the service call, Ashley was great.
