I had our American Homeshield request service for our air conditioner...it was feeling warm. Air Squad Air conditioning , heating & plumbing was dispatched to work on my AC today (8/5/23). Vadyn diagnosed the problem and found that the power switch was off (oh my goodness!). He also inspected the units and component and explained to us how the unit works. Vadyn ensured everything was working fine by testing the air flow/temp before leaving and also welcomed us to contact the company if we experience issues. His work ethics are spot on and we feel 100% trust in his knowledge and experience. We were treated very politely. This company prides themselves with integrity and strives for excellence. I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

I recently used this company for unclogging my shower drain. I called and they gave me appointment right the way, same day!!! Dan the technician guy, called me 15 min prior arriving to my place and that was a blessing!!! Very professional drain cleaning service company. Couple of other company's Ive called gave me appointment availability in 4 days, couldn't wait that long. These guys are the best!!!!

They'd installed a water heater for me last year and the service was great. Now my water softener went out so I had them come out to see if it could be fixed. It was an expensive unit that I purchased about 6 years ago from Lowe's which the tech, Jose, mentioned they didn't have parts for and could not fix. I asked how much a new unit would be and the price of $2,500 with install was given to me which I felt was a bit high. I did call around to some other places and relayed that, and the price came down to $1,800 which was a drastic decrease which I didn't feel to great about. When I say that it's because I felt that maybe I was getting price gouged. I decided to go with the $1,800 even though it may have been a little more expensive than the other companies I'd checked with for a similar unit because the work performed previously for me was good. I couldn't say the same for another company since I'd never used them. I will say that the softening system upgrade has definitely made a difference as I can feel it on my skin for sure. The water feel more slippery than before.

Dan's Dirty Drains came through for us and quickly. We are in the process of selling my late father in laws house and inspection showed an issue and they were there and had it done within 24 hours. We are so grateful for the fast, good work and good prices.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.
