I used plumbing king company for a service at my mother’s home. Nato was the gentleman that came to fix my paren’s back yard faucet that was leaking. Not only was Nato professional at his work but he was also very quick,polite, and patient with my elder parents who don’t speak English very well, and I was the translator on the phone between both parties🙂I would recommend this company for any one. Please make sure to ask for Nato. I had lots of plumbing issues in the past this company by far is the best! I also want to thank Steven who is the person that answered my first phone call and was very friendly and also accurate about the time he sent me our great tech Nato. Never returned my phone call.

Owner has attitude and rejected the work. Had to call my insurance to get a new service company which is another wait of days. My house already feels like an oven..

Update: they replied to my feedback saying they couldn’t recall rejecting the work which is a lie. I didn’t call them directly but they were under my home insurance American Home Shield and they sent this company and they refused to go up the roof to fix my ac so I have to call my insurance to get another company again.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

Would highly recommend hiring Catania and Son Plumbing. I hired them to replace a faucet in a rental home and they provided a competitive quote and coordinated the work with the tenant. The tenant reported they were very nice and the work was done well.

Update: We needed a plumber again recently and did not hesitate to call them for another quote. They answered on a weekend, gave a fair quote and did another great job.

This company is sooo unprofessional, the lady that answer the phone in the plumbing department ALL WAYS have a attitude!! I called them on Wednesday for a quote and I still don’t have anything on Friday! I tried calling and the lady with the attitude answers the phone of course unprofessional with an attitude saying she can help me. They are a bad look for the compnay 100% if it was my money I would go else where but it’s the owners money. Smh

Showed up when they said they would, performed service efficiently and thoroughly, did not attempt to upsell for unnecessary services.
