Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. Our plumbing problem was a nightmare. I called Orchard Plumbing, described my situation and even sent pictures. They could tell this would be an easy fix, and rather than coming out and charging me, they talked me through fixing the problem on my own which saved me with time and money. The plumber arrived on time. I explained the problems with the tub/shower faucet leak. He told me the price and asked if I approved before he went ahead with the repair. The valves he needed were on the truck and he was able to replace the old valves immediately. He was very professional and courteous.
