I was very happy with the job Thistle DKI did for me. They were very professional and pleasant on the job. The project manager Tyler was always available and responded to all my concerns. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

We called for 2 broken toilets. Luis (who is awesome) told us he would send a guy over to look at the problem. The tech was very friendly and had a caring attitude about the problem we were dealing with. Took the time to explain what he would be doing and worked until he got the problem resolved. Would highly recommend this company. They will definitely be our first call if we ever need anything else done.
