We have given Drain busters thousands of dollars of business each year across our commercial buildings over the past 5 years since owning the property. If it wasn't for the owner Troy being such a nice and fantastic owner, we would not be trying to give Troy more business. Unfortunately, for whatever reason unbeknownst to me (AL) I can't even get Troy to give us a phone call so that he can meet our new property manager Kathy. His frontline staff do not seem to be passing our messages on accurately. Leading to a breakdown in the business relationship. if our new property manager is not able to get a face to face meeting to build a relationship, I really wonder how Troy as the owner plans to grow his company.
