Highly recommended. Needed a plumbing service immediately on a Sunday. Albert was very helpful and responded with urgency. He came calm and says “I got it!” He immediately worked on what was needed and also on another area that was asked at the time he was here. We truly appreciate his services and smooth process. Easy to do business with.

Highly recommend these guys - I've hired them for multiple fixes in my home during the past year (toilets, shower drain unclogging, sink install), and appreciate their professionalism, communication, timeliness, good prices, and quality of service. Also their coverall onesie uniforms minimize your typical plumber butt crack exposure, which is appreciated.

Great service and price

This Driver with plates 238A11 does not know how to drive ! Tried to cut me off but when was unable to due to construction and almost rear-ended me ! On top of that he had the audacity to honk at me for not letting him cut me off when he was speeding! No big commercial vehicle should be driving that way especially when advertising the company. Wouldn't ever consider hiring these plumbers because of this incident.

I had several quotes done for the job I needed done. I picked Prime for their professionalism and straight forward answers. They also quoted a good price too. Roman and Jorge were such a good team, who performed the entire job in half the estimated time. They were courteous, professional and very good hard workers. The job was completed to perfect satisfaction. I highly recommend them for your needs - and i will use them again in the future.

Angel and crew were great. I had a problem with my shower, I contacted him in the evening, and the next day he was here. Angel and crew were here for less then an hour, and in that time they fixed my shower, showed me how to clean/maintain my faucets, clean/maintain my tankless water heater and answered all the random questions I had along the way. After they fixed the problem, they showed me exactly what was wrong to make sure that I was satisfied with what they did. They did not try to over sell me or rework the entire plumbing for a small problem. In House will be my go-to for any kind of plumbing work for now on. Thank you guys for all your hard work and help

Please think twice before you use this business.

This is my nightmare. Back in June I called for service for our master bathroom handheld shower handle that came off. The new scheduled date is June 7, and no one showed up. When I called naturally, they had an excuse and we scheduled again for June 8. One of the guys came out and stated they must order the part. Kohler is 70 days out and the part would cost $170. On August 30, I called to find out the status of my part. They will call me back in 10 minutes. No call back. I called on September 1 and the excuse was they were waiting for a call back from Ferguson. They were going there in the afternoon and will check. Never heard back so I called on September 10 and another excuse. He states, no one called you, I am not in the office, but I will have the office call you and schedule a time. September 14, still no call, so I called, and now scheduled for September 20. No show on September 20. I called and he stated that one of their vehicles was vandalized and as soon as the police show up, he will be there. He never showed up. Now they are not answer when I call. So, I called another number and spoke to the owner and explained my experience. He then scheduled me for September 23. Finally, they came out and replaced the part. One hour after he departed, I go into the bathroom and the shower head is dripping water. It looks like he took the good handle from the shower head and placed it on the handheld. I could tell because on the shower head handle there were water spot stains on now on the top and that hand is loose and dripping constantly. I called him he and told him what was going on, that water was constantly dripping. Really, and we have a water issue in Vegas. He states he cannot get there until tomorrow, September 24, and he did not touch the shower head handle.

I will never use them again to say the least. The sad thing is last summer I did a remodel of our house and my contractor used them in which I dropped $11,000 for major plumbing issues.

Please be advised of my situation and think twice before you place that call for service with this company.

This guy Chris is hands down the best plumber I have ever hired in my 25 years here in Vegas. He fixed my water heater at a good fair price and as he was leaving I found myself asking him to come back and do another job. I am a real customer and I highly recommend this company.

This is now the second time in the last two weeks that this team has come to my aid.

The first experience was with Taylor and his apprentice who came to inspect a leak we discovered from an earlier job the previous owner had used them for. They were quick, courteous, professional and did a top shelf job to set us up for success.

The second experience we reached out and requested Taylor, but learned he was unavailable when Michael (and his apprentice Joe) came to our aid.

We have a home built prior to 1980 and to have a water softener installed, required a custom build job. Without skipping a beat Mike explained how he was going to do the task required and knocked it out of the park. In addition to our water softener, he educated us about the benefits of a flow regulator and took care of our reverse osmosis water filtration system to boot!

Without question, if you have a need for a plumber, this is the company to call

I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you so much for everything Impact!!!
