Everyone at City Wide Plumbing was AMAZING! From the initial intake (with the front office) and the estimate to the completion of the job. Everything was organized and superior quality!

We had our main sewer line replaced (after another company did a subpar job), and our entire house re-piped with new water lines. As you can imagine it was an intensive and extensive process (trenching, digging, etc). However, Marcos, Peter, Alberto, Juan, the trenching/demo, and landscaping crew truly made the process seamless. They worked very hard, and on occasion stayed until the wee hours of the morning to complete the job. They were very considerate, provided excellent service, and the quality of their work was top-notch. At the end, even though it was a long process, we were sad to see them go. There is no hesitation in highly recommending City-Wide plumbing, you will not be disappointed. We plan on using them again for cosmetic purposes, and will recommend them to all friends, family, and strangers. Fantastic company, with a well-deserved high rating!

I HAD A HORRIFIC HOT WATER LEAK FROM UNDER MY HOME'S SLAB[FOUNDATION].HAVING HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES I WAS SO VERY PLEASED TO HAVE MARK AND HIS HELPER FIND THE LEAK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY,SAVING ME A HUGE WATER/GAS BILL,THEY CAPPED IT,REROUTED THE PIPE AND CAME IN UNDER ESTIMATE.EXPERIENCE COUNTS.THEY WERE ON TIME,,NEAT CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND AFTER 25 YEARS OF BEING A HOMEOWNER I CAN ONLY WISH THERE WERE MORE TECHNICIANS LIKE MARK OF ORCHARD PLUMBING.

Quick, professional, and priced right. Noel came out on short notice and not only fixed our shower, tub, and two sinks; but also identified where the previous owner (a do-it-yourselfer) had run some water lines and reversed the hot and cold, but had also placed the plumbing access on the wrong side of the tub (the tub was between the plumbing access and the actual plumbing!). He fixed everything, tested it and cleaned up afterwards so you would never know he was there. Definitely the people to call for your plumbing needs!

The woman did not say her name and did not want to give it to me.
Her tone of voice was as if I was bothering her.

She advised me to email the request so I did.

I called the office back and asked to speak to the manager to inquire if they received the request. The same dispatcher Who answered the phone previously refused to transfer me.

If they treated people with more respect he would not see so many one star reviews.
