They were terrific. We have a home warranty and waited for 2 days for them to send technician out to fix our water heater. When they told us we could hire our own, we called Butter at 6:30 on Sunday, and they sent Kyle out. He was here at 8:00pm and brought a new water heater! Thank you Butter Plumbing!

On top of them being really responsive, fast-working and on time, they actually ended up saving us close to $1,000 for the same kind of job. You can bet they're as honest and professional as they come, which can be hard to find nowadays (specially when many others try to up-charge you depending on the part of town you're in). We've definitely found a great long-term company to rely on for plumbing. They're fast, reliable and overall, easy to do business with.

I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! I called for low hot water pressure and the other issues I listed were discovered by them when they came to my home. I have used this company for quite a few years now and they never disappoint. Their Technicians are always very well educated in the Plumbing field. Today Carlos was amazing. He was thorough and fixed everything with the actions of a true pro. He was a gentleman and a pleasure to meet. As always cost is a worry for me but they always seem to treat me fair. Today's service was very reasonable at only $190. I expected my bill to be more than that for the one issue I called for so for Carlos to also take care of everything else I am grateful. I will always remain loyal to this company. They are just good people and they truly want to take care of you.

Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service.
