Best Hour Emergency in North Las Vegas NV

Pure Plumbing installed our reverse osmosis water filter a little over a year ago and told us to change the filters at least once a year. They do such a great job every time they come out so, of course, we decided to make an appointment to have Pure change out the filters.Before Bailey started his work, he shared with me the process and let me know that he could do an inspection of our plumbing to make sure everything was running smoothly. He checked out the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, made sure the toilets were running properly, looked at our water softener salt levels, which were fine, and I told him we haven't drained our water heater in a couple of years and he drained it for us. This extra service was done at no additional charge! Bailey was professional, used booties over his shoes. He left our home very neat and clean, and he was such a pleasure to work with. Pure Plumbing has always done and continues to do a fantastic job for our family and we highly recommend them to our friends and family members.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

Excellent water heater repair!!

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

My friend suggested I call Las Vegas Plumber when I had a problem with my sewer line. It was a pleasure working with them. The specialists they dispatched were polite, on time, and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Please think twice before you use this business.

This is my nightmare. Back in June I called for service for our master bathroom handheld shower handle that came off. The new scheduled date is June 7, and no one showed up. When I called naturally, they had an excuse and we scheduled again for June 8. One of the guys came out and stated they must order the part. Kohler is 70 days out and the part would cost $170. On August 30, I called to find out the status of my part. They will call me back in 10 minutes. No call back. I called on September 1 and the excuse was they were waiting for a call back from Ferguson. They were going there in the afternoon and will check. Never heard back so I called on September 10 and another excuse. He states, no one called you, I am not in the office, but I will have the office call you and schedule a time. September 14, still no call, so I called, and now scheduled for September 20. No show on September 20. I called and he stated that one of their vehicles was vandalized and as soon as the police show up, he will be there. He never showed up. Now they are not answer when I call. So, I called another number and spoke to the owner and explained my experience. He then scheduled me for September 23. Finally, they came out and replaced the part. One hour after he departed, I go into the bathroom and the shower head is dripping water. It looks like he took the good handle from the shower head and placed it on the handheld. I could tell because on the shower head handle there were water spot stains on now on the top and that hand is loose and dripping constantly. I called him he and told him what was going on, that water was constantly dripping. Really, and we have a water issue in Vegas. He states he cannot get there until tomorrow, September 24, and he did not touch the shower head handle.

I will never use them again to say the least. The sad thing is last summer I did a remodel of our house and my contractor used them in which I dropped $11,000 for major plumbing issues.

Please be advised of my situation and think twice before you place that call for service with this company.

Had a major leak at our offices today..Called Paul at Andrews Plumbing, on a recommendation from a friend.. So I thought it only fair to return that recommendation here. We had 5 offices flooded from a slab leak that our landlord told us had been repaired, well after having Paul take a look we found out that someone had tried to seal it with silicone and tape.
Paul was here 30 minutes after I called him and had the problem completely repaired in less than 4 hours. That included some pipe replacements as well as in wall fixtures that had burst due to the shabby repair that the landlord did. Paul is the Best plumber I have ever worked with, No BS, just get the job done and done right. Next time I know who to call - and now. so do you.

I was recommended Cobra by a friend that had a great experience with them working in their home. When my house had water damage, they came in and worked with my insurance to put it all back together. I was getting updated through out the whole process when it was time for the next steps in the process. My home looks better then it used to before! I would definitely recommend Cobra to anyone looking for any work needed in their home!!
