Best Hot Water Heater Repair in North Las Vegas NV

We purchased a home in April 2021 which had Freus Air Conditioners which are basically like a swamp cooler and air conditioner combined. They work great and are very efficient in other parts of the country, but with our HARD water they are a nightmare. In a one month period I had another AC company out 3 times for two of our units. The wait was long, and they couldn't find parts and would not keep in contact with us. After dealing with Old Republic Home Warranty and the other AC repair businesses, I called Air Squad because they actually work on Freus units and have parts in stock. Angel was our technician and checked out all 5 of our units. Four were working ok and 1 was a complete mess. It appears that the wiring was jimmy rigged to keep it running so it would pass the inspection for the home purchase. Angel assured us he could get it rewired and running, but we knew that all 5 of these units were going to need to be replaced within a year or two and with the brutal summer we were having at that time 115-118 we decided to bite the bullet and replace all 5 unit. This was at the beginning of July 2021. Through Air Squad we were able to replace all 5 of our units with new units that come with a 10 yr warranty for a fraction of what we were prepared to spend. They were professionally installed in a matter of days. Air Squad will always be our GO TO for any AC/Heating issues that come up. I'm sure many of the negative reviews have more to do with the home warranty company and not Air Squad!

With the 90+ degree temperatures over the weekend, one of our new units was blowing warm air so I called Air Squad on Saturday 3/26 and Angel came out on Monday 3/29. It turned out that the evaporative coil up in the attic was leaking coolant. I thought back to last year and it made since because even the original Freus unit wasn't working properly at maintaining the set temperature so the problem had been ongoing before the new units were installed. The problem was identified quickly and the evaporative coil was again professionally replaced at a substantial discount in a very short timeframe.

I HIGHLY recommend Air Squad and will continue to use them!

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

I've used Sanderson Plumbing exclusively (my go too Plumbing Team) since moving into our new home in Summerlin. Jason and his son Johnathan are the absolute best, and attention to detail is great!
They've installed a new Kohler stainless steel drop-in sink, new shower heads, new fantastic water softener, fixed a leaky bath tub faucet, identified a serious issue with my AC condensation pump, maintain my Lifesource equipment and much more....
Jason is a very honest a trust worthy man, with integrity - a combination very hard to find these days. If you need a plumber, I'd say call Sanderson Plumbing!

Had misfortune of using this vile company to repair a leak in my home. They arrived 2 hours after the estimated time and seemed to be lolligagging after 45 minutes. They asked to take a break. I went outside to
grab something from my car and it looked like they were doing hard core drugs (meth), While literally sitting in front of my home. My kids were home, so I immediately ended the appointment. They were rude and abusive I’m certain I heard one of the men use the n word. And my bathroom is still leaking, and they had the nerve to ask for payment. Never again!

They are honest and fair, and have always been good with us.

Plumber Las Vegas 24 HR Allstars Inc was extremely professional. Polite. Thorough. Highly recommend them and their expertise in services. I look forward to giving them more projects in the future for my rental units.

Unbelievably bad company with which to conduct business! My unit and my neighbors both have the same plumbing problem, so the HOA scheduled an appointment with this business. I waited for the plumber all day for around 5 hours, but he never showed up. The office phoned me the next morning and stated, He was there, and service was done. Who has come here? What exactly did he do? Our main sewer pipe is still backed up! I simply cannot BELIEVE how they conduct business with customers! (Our property has around 270 units, so I'm sure they blew a large commercial opportunity!)

UPDATE: The project manager confirmed that the plumber went to the wrong units and the wrong building the next day.
Following that, on 11/17/2022, I received a violation notice from our HOA stating that I had phoned the service but there was no water backup in my unit that the vendor's invoice says. The $206 service calling fee is my responsibility.
This happened totally unfairly to me because this company/plumber went to the incorrect building and submitted a fake report. I've been owning places for a long time, but this company is the most difficult to work with.

UPDATE: I will not react to you directly; instead, I will respond to you here.
First, the plumber must confess that he went to the WRONG units/building, as certified by the HOA's project manager. The issue here is with the compliance manager who issued the violation notice and penalized me $206 as a service call charge. Until our main sewer line was repaired, my unit had the backup.

RESIEDNT CALLED OVER AN ALLEGED BUILDING BACK–UP OCCURRING IN BUILDING, HOWEVER, NO BACK–
UP WAS FOUND. HOMEOWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR $206.00 SERVICE CALL CHARGE. ( she made spelling miss a lot every time when she responded)

I understand that you wish to charge the fee to the HOA, despite the fact that your employees went to the WRONG units, but it is not my obligation to pay.
Either of you (the plumber or the person who handed me the violation notice) must be truthful and precise about what transpired that day.

I have no motive or intention of calling a plumber if there are no backups in my unit, to begin with.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
