Update 9/2021Once again, Pure delivers! I woke up to my main pool fill line broken and filling my yard with water. I called Pure in a panic, since I was literally leaving town in about six hours for a long vacation and now had to shut off my main water.Pure delivered 100% - Getting a plumber out to me in about an hour and in the process found that my main pressure limiter was bad, which is probably what blew my pool pipe. This could have been disasterous - Internal pipes could have blown out, since my pressure was sitting at 150% of the max allowed.Alex got both items fixed in a couple hours and I was on my way on-time for my vacation.Another quality job and crises averted thanks for the professional and highly-trained staff at Pure! This is the 4th time I have used Pure for my plumbing needs. Their quality is consistently high and they are fair on pricing. Each plumber I have engaged with has been friendly, understanding and performed their work with masterful skill.Jordan, my most recent plumber, installed a tankless hot water heater for me and a gas line extension. His work was perfect, but beyond that, he paid close attention to asthetics and serviceability. Going above and beyond, he offered advice on layout and maintenance and made sure I was fully informed of every step of the process.Pure is the first contractor to earn this much repeat business from me. This is solely due to their commitment to excellent craftsmanship, fair pricing and a strong, consistent commitment to customer service.

Holy smokes where do I begin? Well it all started with a cold shower at 5:30 am. Water heater went out and I wasn't able to restart the pilot light. I called and they were ready to have a tech at my house within and hour. Due to work schedule they pushed it back and showed up at the BEGINNING of the estimated arrival time. Carlos diagnosed the issue immediately. If he had a 50 gallon tank on hand it would have been replaced that same day. He was back first thing the next morning, repaired it and was done within less than an hour and 45 minutes.
Can not recommend this place more. Super responsive, professional, and timely.

I got a water bill from last month of $1085, it's normally about $45. Obviously there was a water leak, but saw no leak. I looked on the web and found A Better Plumbing with great reviews and called them.
Juan came out shortly after that and was very knowledgeable, giving me all the options and suggested a good way to check where exactly the leak was.
We came to the conclusion that the leak was in fact in the main water line into the house. He wrote up an estimate and got to work right away. A while later he was joined by Mike who also worked very hard to get the job done.
They started at noon and by 6pm we had water back in the house! They could have quit early and come back another day, but are still here closing up the trench and of course making sure that there are no leaks!
I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.

Mike was quick, responsive, and very reliable upon arrival of fixing our AC issues. He answered numerous questions with ease as he was fixing things and also provided tips for maintenance. He was very thorough with all of the wiring and fixed things quickly! We will be referring him to our friends in need and will be using this company for other services! Thanks so much!

We needed repairs to our A/C unit when we were preparing to sell our home. Best A/C's front office staff were cheerful and accommodating each time I called. They were able to send technician David P. to evaluate our situation within a day. Although our repair required multiple visits to satisfy a prospective buyer, David P. was courteous, professional, and efficient on each visit. He took time to answer our questions, document his work, and explain the parts and processes involved in our repair. David also went above and beyond to vacuum and clean out pans to ensure that our A/C system was not just functioning properly, but he made our old system sparkle. We are so glad we contacted Best A/C and were relieved and delighted to see David each time we needed help.

I was told by my Bubble Breeze HVAC repair person that many units have had the same issue as I did no cold air, no hot air. The main reason the filter gets clogged. one pipe should be cold the other should be room temperature NOT hot the heat is build up because of the mud. because I waited too long the compressor need to be repaired costing more to fix because I need two items vs just cleaning. My neighbor was having the same issue, her item was fixed without the need of a compressor replacement, I waited too long. Sharing the info hoping it will save you time, and money. Bubble Breeze takes pictures, and sends it with the invoice to your email.

I've lived in Las Vegas since '02, and of course have had a lot of service calls for Air Conditioning units at a lot of different residences. By far, Number One is the best. Both of the girls at the office I spoke to, and the tech (Donovan) are the most organized, professional, efficient, honest, punctual, cordial, etc.etc., crew I have ever dealt with.
We had a complicated service situation, since we were dealing with a home warranty company and a house we just moved into this April that was built in 1993. At first, I thought to call another HVAC company that we used at another home, to just get an inspection, and do any necessary preventative maintenance. The home inspector of course didn't do any of this thoroughly, so it seemed like a good idea. Well, that first company and the tech ended up basically fixing something that wasn't broken.
Their tech had mentioned that the fan motor MIGHT need replacement soon, and the bearings were most likely worn. Coincidentally, the unit started making noise almost immediately after the first visit. It was operating fine before. When we called the company again because of the noises it was now making, the same guy came back with an attitude, made some adjustments and the sound was gone. But only again for a day or two. It was really bad at this point, and even FAILED just last Sunday. At this point, we called our warranty company to have them create a work order, and the first service company never even got back to us. We left the house that afternoon, since it was almost 90 degrees inside at that point. When we returned several hours later and turned it on it was working again, so we thought maybe it was a fluke and overloaded, etc.
The unit worked for a couple days, but was making noise even worse now. When we called the warranty company again on Tuesday, within 30 minutes a different HVAC company (Number One) responded immediately, and the tech Donovan came out within 30 minutes. Of course, as he was en route, the A/C unit magically stopped making noise. He ran a thorough inspection and test of the whole system, checking amperage levels and variances, the physical unit and clearances, compressor, capacitor, fan, you name it. There was nothing more he could do at the time, it was working properly.
Our hands were tied. The warranty company would not allow the replacement of any parts since the time Donovan was there, nothing was at failure. We all pretty much knew the fan motor was on it's last leg, but it didn't matter. We paid the deductible, and had a 30 day time frame that if any issues arose again with it, he would come out without us having to again pay a deductible.
Again this being Tuesday, everything ran well for a few days. Up until around noon yesterday. This time, we noticed it was getting hotter and hotter, and outside the unit's fan was BARELY moving. It was toast for sure. We called Number One, with excellent response and phone service again. We we're afraid that it would do the same thing, and magically start working again. When Donovan called me, He told me to turn the unit off (since I said we were leaving it running, in effort to prove that it was in fact failing) as to not damage the compressor. He said he got a pre-authorization from the warranty company to replace the fan motor, and not too worry. Prior to talking to him I thought a little video insurance would be a good idea, so I took a two-shot video of the thermostat, noted the time and dysfunction, as well as the sound the unit outside was making and how the fan was barely operating at all.
Surely enough, he again arrived within 30 minutes as he said he would, and replaced the fan motor. The fact that he got the pre-auth, and saved the hassle of having to prove anything to the lovely home warranty company in that short period of time is nothing short of outstanding. Now, the unit runs great, makes no noise, and our house isn't a sauna. Thanks Number One! Look no further folks, the team at Number One really is the best.

Air squad did a great job on my A/C and I highly recommend this business. The technician was very professional and the work was clean.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

These guys rock. I called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed first thing the next morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered instantly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. This is a standard that all companies should strive to achieve.
