I really like the company...

For me it’s important to have a service provider that I can talk with and that can explain the situation to me. The folks at Prime Plumbing took the time to walk me through the repairs and I feel like they cared. Definitely my new plumbers!!

2 no shows on the same day. Pathetic service. Caveat Emptor— buyer beware

A week later no call from them after my warranty company gave them a contract to fix my stuff. Had to call them to get it scheduled and they still were going to make me wait 3 more days. Seems like they are unorganized and don’t know what customer service is.

We needed to install a water pressure regulator valve that was a bit complex due to our piping. This plumber was able to give a quote over the phone, came to do the job promptly, and did an excellent job. Will use them in the future.

It’s so hard to find a plumbing company you can trust and count on. AJ’s Sewer & Drain has helped me on more then one occasion. I am so grateful for even the after hours help I needed last minute, I was in a real bind and they were so helpful - Lori C.

These guys were great! Had an urgent need to fix and replace my water heater around 8-9pm. Called owner up and he was able to meet me at the house in 20min, quoted me, and next day it was fixed! Super fast service, definitely will be recommending him to people I know. Thank you Dan!
