Needed a PVC Pipe elbow joint replaced in my garage that was leaking. Pipe was not under pressure. Just needed to be cut, new joint installed + glue... The same easy fix that happens all the time under your sink. I already removed the drywall.They wanted to charge me $750.00!I went to Home Depot, got the join and glue for less than $12 and fixed it myself in less than 20 minutes.These guys are a complete rip-off.Not your local honest plumbers... just sad.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. I was so impressed with the whole process from the beginning. I had a leak in my front yard from old pipes. The ladies at the office were so polite and informative which helped reduce my stress. We have had Rory, Marquis, & Mark here for issues with the Reverse Osmosis System. Rory and Marquis assessed our concerns and gave us several options of what was available. There was no pressure sales talk and they explained everything to us so we could make an educated decision. Today Mark Peji came to install a charcoal/carbon system and he was so professional and explained everything to us.
