From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

After searching for a plumber and dealing with no shows or no one returning calls, finding the American Brothers (and Mike) was like a breath of fresh air! He came by to do an estimate for the job and was back the next day to do the work. . . arriving right on time. He did an excellent job! Mike is very knowledgeable and is an expert on all things plumping. You can tell that he enjoys educating the homeowner so that you are informed on how things operate. Highly recommend! We recently had to replace and repair a lot of pipes around our water heater, and get our hot water re circulation system working again. Roman was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a free quote. He showed up promptly on time and got the work done quickly. It looks great, and now we have instant hot water again! They have great communication and some automated computer software which is smart phone friendly too. [ EDIT ] We had a small problem with one part of the work, and Roman came out right away to fix it for free, even thought he was here a full hour. They are a young company, but very responsible. 5 Stars.

The guys from this company were absolutely the best! George, Danny and Alberto were so kind a courteous. They were so professional and knowledgeable and helped me out tremendously. Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I have been using it for 6 months now and have had no problems. I will definitely continue using Impact for any plumbing needs.

We called for a leaky bathroom faucet, since its a bid old and to change a cartridge become not a good option. We followed the technician's recommendation bought a new Moen faucet. He went out purchased a matching one for us and did a faucet changing job nicely.

Joseph came and checked out my DYI TOILET. I thought it was a bad seal he let me know just out a cap on the sink part and it would get rid of my smell. Instead of charging me he let me know of a way to fix it for cheap. Definitely gonna use them for my next plumbing needs.

Well let’s start out by saying that I would not use Cobra maintenance and cleaning company if my life depended on it. They so-called gave me a veteran discount. I paid $1620 which was half for the work to be done, and they stated that money was for supplies. When I called 3/4 of the way through the project, I called to inquire about installment payments to complete the financial part. I indicated that I might not have all of the money when the job was completed. They immediately the same day pulled the workers from the job. I went out and immediately got a money order the same day for $1620,the completed amount . Also during that conversation on the phone, it was told to me that I would have to go out and purchase more supplies. The workers indicated that they should have finished the job earlier but the company was delaying supplying them supplies. In fact they use the tile that I have stockpiled in my garage and one of the workers used his materials he had for the tile in the bathroom closet. So my question is, Where did the $1620 go to, That I paid for upfront. So why was I asked to go purchase more supplies in the middle of the project.Before the job was even completed, on the same day that they pulled the workers off the job, I requested that they bring the workers back the very next morning because I would have the money order. They charged over in the afternoon and picked up the money order. So my question is, when has anyone ever asked for a complete payment when the work Has not been completed.
They play nice in the beginning to get your money, but when it comes to completing the task at hand, they failed short of my expectations. This is my humble opinion. Knowing what I know now I would’ve chose a more professional company to come in And complete the restoration for drywall, and flooring tile.
