This company is a rip off and a scam. They replaced a water heater for me March 2018 under warranty and charged me $400 in labor to replace the water heater with a new one. The new water heater they installed went out today, 22 months later. I called them and when they arrived told me it was going to be $525 to replace it under warranty. This price was not quoted to me when I initially called. My bad for not asking. Mind you that I had already drained the water heater myself and the tech was literally hear from start to finish under 30 minutes. What company gets $1000 an hour. I complained and they graciously took $50 off. So in a nut shell replacing a water heater not even 2 years old in under 30 minutes that was under full warranty costed $475. Do not use this company under any circumstance. They got me the 1st time and definitely got me again. Lesson learned.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Horrible service. Tried to say we had a leak in our water line. Turns out there was no leak. And would have charged $1200!!! Don't use them, use MC Plumbing, they were very honest.

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost!
