We had the wonderful pleasure of receiving service from Steven at Plumbing Kings! We were in a bind as we just moved in to our new home and didn't have access to many essential things that were needed for our family. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and did an excellent job fixing my bathtub drain and installing a new osmosis faucet for me. I definitely trust him to take care of all of my future plumbing needs.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Thanks to Nancy, Jerry and the entire team. Will be referring family and friends to this company.

We we're suddenly using 3x the usual quantity of water so we called techcool to help identify/rectify the problem. Responded quickly on a Saturday with a tech. He went through the usual checklist of possibilities and soon found the problem with a running toilet. Juan Garcia the tech was polite and efficient. If we ever do need significant work done in the future, we'll certainly call Techcool.

Highly recommended. Needed a plumbing service immediately on a Sunday. Albert was very helpful and responded with urgency. He came calm and says “I got it!” He immediately worked on what was needed and also on another area that was asked at the time he was here. We truly appreciate his services and smooth process. I have used American Brothers a number of times for different needs. They are responsive and reliable. I have had 2 emergencies and they were quick to send someone to do the fix. You can count on Michael for quality service. Additionally, Miguel (supervisor) provides oversight by reviewing photos of work completed - shows commitment to quality.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I had a leak in my condo and it was leaking into my neighbors condo underneath us. Not only was Helen knowledgeable but also very helpful! She had someone out there immediately to diagnose the situation. Her plumber found the cracked pipe and was able to resolve it in a day. She’s worked with me sending all the info to my warranty company and answering all of my questions. She helped me schedule with my tenants and neighbor downstairs. They were literally life savors! We had had another company that my warranty company suggested and they were the absolute worst so we were so ecstatic that Helen was able to help us out. I highly recommend them to anyone for a true diagnostic and resolution without getting ripped off. Thank you again Catania and Son!

Called to get a water filter installed under my sink. Appointment was scheduled and I asked if they could also give me a quote for installing a water softener. Day of the appointment they tried to come an hour before the service window and they only came to give me a quote. If the people in the office can’t even tell their techs what you want done correctly. I’m sure they’ll mess up on the bill - no thanks. I didn’t even let them give me the quote.

He was honest even when it meant less work for him. I'll keep calling him because of that. Thanks

boo. own mechanical contracting company in N NV and had to have repairs at elderly parent's home in Vegas. Called and told busy and would call back. That was 4 days ago and no response. Called Ideal Services who came promptly and worked until 9pm to accommodate my travel needs with great expertise. Don't understand the great reviews
