We found ourselves in need for a plumber for a toilet issue, so my husband called around to several places to start with a quote for assistance.
He ended up going with Plumbing Kings, as they were able to get to us within a few hours (on a Saturday) and the quote was a bit lower than other companies we had called. Steven arrived at the estimated time and primarily corresponded with my husband during the process of repair. My husband is not an easy man to appease, but he said that Steven was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue (which apparently was difficult to resolve, even for an experienced plumber, due to older, cheaper parts that were used during the initial construction when the house was built 20 years ago) and to explain the steps he was going to take to resolve it, and did so very thoroughly (and my husband loves to ask questions). My husband believes that the service was fairly priced, and the issue has been resolved; no issues since. Highly recommend the Plumbing Kings, we will certainly have their information on hand for any future issues.

I had problem with my bathroom valve and I called many companies around and no one seemed to know what was wrong with it and they wanted to charge me over $1000 for the repair. Luckily I came across MC plumbing and I spoke with a gentleman name Scott who was very knowledgeable and caring. He explained the process to me and worked with me offering to fix my problem for only $200. I saved $800 just calling him. Scott sent Jose to fix my plumbing issue. For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.
