After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. I have used Rakeman many times in the past and will use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs. Garrett Brigmon was very, very EXCELLENT! Of every technician whom has come to our residence, this man was the only one that was professional and one of the best professionals I've seen overall in a very long time. He was very informative, patient, understanding and dedicated! I actually regret letting him leave without tipping him, although it might not be a job that allows, he definitely deserves a big one. Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. Well let’s start out by saying that I would not use Cobra maintenance and cleaning company if my life depended on it. They so-called gave me a veteran discount. I paid $1620 which was half for the work to be done, and they stated that money was for supplies. When I called 3/4 of the way through the project, I called to inquire about installment payments to complete the financial part. I indicated that I might not have all of the money when the job was completed. They immediately the same day pulled the workers from the job. I went out and immediately got a money order the same day for $1620,the completed amount . Also during that conversation on the phone, it was told to me that I would have to go out and purchase more supplies. The workers indicated that they should have finished the job earlier but the company was delaying supplying them supplies. In fact they use the tile that I have stockpiled in my garage and one of the workers used his materials he had for the tile in the bathroom closet. So my question is, Where did the $1620 go to, That I paid for upfront. So why was I asked to go purchase more supplies in the middle of the project.Before the job was even completed, on the same day that they pulled the workers off the job, I requested that they bring the workers back the very next morning because I would have the money order. They charged over in the afternoon and picked up the money order. So my question is, when has anyone ever asked for a complete payment when the work Has not been completed.
They play nice in the beginning to get your money, but when it comes to completing the task at hand, they failed short of my expectations. This is my humble opinion. Knowing what I know now I would’ve chose a more professional company to come in And complete the restoration for drywall, and flooring tile.

Absolutely clueless company. They have been in my neighborhood trying to fix a problem since July 5th and they just CAN NOT get it right. The plumbers look lost when they’re trying to work, and due to that thousands of gallons of water have been wasted and the problem continues to occur. I would call a handyman out of the phone book or even hire someone standing in front of Home Depot before I would allow this company into my home. If I could give zero stars I would.
