In mid May 2021 I had Catania install a Pelican Filter and Water Softener system in our home in Henderson. Helen recommended the Pelican system to me and Jerry did a beautiful installation. We are very pleased with the performance of the entire system. We no longer have the hard water stains on silverware or glasses in the dishwasher. The water tastes much better than prior to the installation. Thank you Helen and Jerry.

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

My 20-year-old gas water heater started leaking from the bottom this morning and needed to be addressed immediately! Luckily I connected with this technician, he explained the situation, sent him a couple of pictures of the tank, and he promptly called me back with a fair estimate to which I agreed. Nice job.

They are awesome. Came right out to help investigate why my water bill was so high. We found not only the suspected water main leak (which is typical for our part of town), but also found 3 other leaks in my landscaping systems. They fixed them all and now I am back to a normal water bill and not wasting precious water in the desert.

After digging up and repairing my water main, they put everything back to normal. It looked they hadn't even been there. My front yard was immaculate!!!

Miguel did a great job helping with our leaky toilet!

If you are looking for a reliable plumber who you can trust like a family, Miguel is the man. I have used multiple plumbers in vegas area for my rentals and by far miguel is the best with his communication and quality of work and time management etc!

Noticed I had a very high water bill and knew something was wrong. After some self troubleshooting I knew it was a main line leak and would need a plumber. Did some hunting and came across Resolution Plumbing. They showed up exactly on time and the owner (Alex) confirmed my findings and patiently explained what he would need to do to repair it. We discussed pricing and he offered a military discount without me even having to ask.

The dig crew came out the next day and dug a trench in record time and cleaned up behind themselves. Alex came back out and installed a brand new main line and shutoff valve just as he explained. My water was only off for about two hours at most.

Alex took care of all the permits being pulled, inspector scheduling and had the trench filled back in before I even thought he would be able to. My yard appears as if it was never even touched.

This is a family business that is super kind and professional. I have found my Las Vegas plumber and will have them return if ever needed. Thank you for the easy process and peace of mind through the entire process.
