After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. My experience with this company has been short but sweet. My first contact was with the office manager, I think his name is Brian. He worked with me several times to work their tech into my schedule and was most personable and helpful. I had a fair amount of plumbing issues for my rental property. A few companies I called for estimates were very high and the attitude of the tech was your house is in bad shape and needs a lot of work. After his sales pitch, they sent in the closer to finalize the deal, but I didn't like their aggressive stance. American Brothers really impressed me by sending Clint Adams to do my work. He singlehandedly changed out my old hot water tank, rebuilt my toilet, adjusted another one, and installed two new faucets in the bathroom. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he was a very personable man who explained everything to me who understands very little of plumbing issues. As a retired military guy, I appreciated that the company hires veterans and their phone number says it all. I was also impressed with Clint's workmanship and how he was very neat and kept my place clean. I told him next year I will ask for him personally; however, I think anyone would do well with any of the technicians, as the company itself is very consumer-focused and offers excellent work at a fair price. I would heartily recommend them.

So these guys showed up on time and was finished within 15 minutes. I would strongly recommend them not just for speed, but their fee seemed fair and they had all the parts they needed to do the job right the first time. Way to go gents👍👍

They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

Not only did Mark save me 70% over previous estimates, he first tried some simpler solutions at his own expense. It was almost worth having the problem just to experience the service.
