For the fourth time in the 14 years we have lived in Vegas our hot water tank sprang a leak. We had an insurance police to cover these sort of repairs, so called them, got a lot of run around, had three days without hot water, then finally got told that they would replace it but that we would have to pay over $900 for stuff that was not covered. Not right, so told them we wanted a second opinion. Called Hips, who had done some minor work for us. They came out to give us an estimate, and even better they were prepared to do the job right then. They did an excellent and fast job, and although we were out of pocket for more than if we would have had to pay if we had gone with the insurance, we still feel like we got a much better deal. I would reccomend these guys to anyone who has a plumbing problem
