After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. Me and my husband's water bill continue to go higher so we decided to call a plumber. After talking to 3 plumbing companies, we were unhappy with their estimated price. We thought it was too high for just fixing a leak.

Wayne answered the phone, told him our situation and told us right off the bat how much it would be and how long it would take. His knowledge and confidence about his job, won me over the phone. When he came over with his brother, he didn't disappoint us. He stayed true to his words and he knows the job. He stuck with the price we discussed on the phone and it only took them 2 hours! They don't BS you! He's a straight up honest guy who knows exactly what he's doing plus they are likeable! If you have plumbing issues, look no further...I highly recommend them!

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.
