Jason arrived on time to our home this morning to perform a home plumbing system evaluation. He was immediately friendly and asked about all of our plumbing concerns. We appreciated his step by step process, walking us through our home and addressing plumbing issues in each area from top to bottom. After that he scoped our cleanout pipe with a camera. He gave us a very thorough evaluation of what our problem areas are and preventative measures that we can take to safeguard our home for the future. We appreciate Jason's attention to detail and his personable nature. If you having a plumbing issue Jason will solve it. We have used Pure Plumbing in the past for a water line break on a former home. We will continue to use them again in the future. I called for low hot water pressure and the other issues I listed were discovered by them when they came to my home. I have used this company for quite a few years now and they never disappoint. Their Technicians are always very well educated in the Plumbing field. Today Carlos was amazing. He was thorough and fixed everything with the actions of a true pro. He was a gentleman and a pleasure to meet. As always cost is a worry for me but they always seem to treat me fair. Today's service was very reasonable at only $190. I expected my bill to be more than that for the one issue I called for so for Carlos to also take care of everything else I am grateful. I will always remain loyal to this company. They are just good people and they truly want to take care of you.
