I don't know where you found Scott McGhie but you should go back and see if you can find more just like him. He was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. He gave us several water heater options, and answered all my questions about an old water softener that wasn't working well. He gave us the information and let us decide without trying to push us into something we really didn't need. We ended up replacing the water heater and softener, and we are very happy with both.

I received good information and am weighing my next steps.

I wanted to give Joe and Abraham a big shout out for helping our family out today. I needed new locks on my doors ASAP and they were here first thing this morning and even gave me extra keys! Best customer service ever!

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. With this Las Vegas weather changing every 5 mins 🤦🏾‍♀️ I turned my heat on but was only feeling cold air coming out. 1 call that's all!!! Called for service DeAndrew came out fixed my heating system and haven't had any problems!

I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was short of amazing - all things done well. Absolutely clueless company. They have been in my neighborhood trying to fix a problem since July 5th and they just CAN NOT get it right. The plumbers look lost when they’re trying to work, and due to that thousands of gallons of water have been wasted and the problem continues to occur. I would call a handyman out of the phone book or even hire someone standing in front of Home Depot before I would allow this company into my home. If I could give zero stars I would.

From first phone call to completion of a water heater replacement in less than 12 hours, now that's what I call amazing service! Dion was professional, easy going, and so very nice!!!!! Highly Recommend!
