Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. Thank you so much for your hard work and determination. guys! Job Well Done.

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

Robert did a great job on the multiple repairs needed at our property. He didn’t even bat an eye when I added an additional task that needed to be done. Excellent service all around.

Three and a half years ago, Tony & I [Sandy] had an emergency plumbing issue and contacted your company for help. We welcomed Blake later in the evening after hours and were amazed at his professional and considerate manner with which he resolved our problem. We have an older home, built in the 50's and Blake needed to find our main line so returned promptly the next morning to finish the needed repair. WELL, on June 3, 2019 we once again needed assistance with our plumbing, found our 3 1/2 year old receipt, called and was delighted to hear Blake was still working for you and we immediately expressed that we wanted to request him to personally return to our home if possible to help us again! We waited throughout the day as he was busy with other calls but it was worth waiting for him.
