Angel at Air Squad helped me immensely. He caught the problem that everyone else missed. Angel even educated me as a home owner about my air conditioner and what to look for.

My appointment was between 11 and 1. I received a call about 9 a.m. that he had finished up with an earlier repair and could come by. I was at the grocery store and told him I could be there in 10 minutes. I arrived and he was already checking the water Systems out. He found that the leak is in the sprinkler system and was able to turn the sprinkling system off. He then said I needed a gardener to come and repair the system. There was no upfront charge. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems. They were fast, efficient and will give you an estimate if there's something that does need to be fixed. Thank you again MC Plumbing!

Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

Carlos was amazing! Came the same day I noticed the leak and was able to replace my water heater with the exact one I wanted. He was very efficient and made sure to clean up after everything was done. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything that was going to be done prior to the service. Definitely recommend Carlos and this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Horrible customer service! When scheduling, dispatcher said they don't make appointments and basically told me that the technician couldn't wait more than 20/30 minutes for someone to get to our house. So, I rushed over to the house and the technician wasn't even sure of the issue with our water heater. He went and spoke to someone on his phone while smoking a cigarette in his truck and then came out still smoking his cigarette in our garage and said they have to replace the whole water heater and then said you can go ahead and leave because it's going to be a while.... Who even says that???

So we had a slab leak that we called about and they were out the same week to eval on a weekend. Had it done the next week. Super clean and professional and honest

Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. Our plumbing problem was a nightmare. I called Orchard Plumbing, described my situation and even sent pictures. They could tell this would be an easy fix, and rather than coming out and charging me, they talked me through fixing the problem on my own which saved me with time and money. Will definitely be using them in the future!
