Best Air Conditioner Service And Repair in North Las Vegas NV

I shared my experience yesterday with not being satisfied with my repair. With that being said I received a call this morning from the office asking me what happened and scheduled a same day repair. The technician was very apologetic and checked out the disposal replaced parts but ended up being a bad disposal in general. Put a new one on and now it is working fine. Thank you quick response.

I believe this company is family owned and has a good reputation, however if you have Oscar come to your home I would immediately ask for someone else. His wife looked thru his phone and started sending me threatening and harassing texts. Nobody should have to experience anything so strange and scary. I complained to the company and they said they would address the issue. Just beware of this particular plumber.

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

Juan Carlos was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful beyond any expectation. Very timely and responsive too. We had a really unique water heater and Juan Carlos went above and beyond to make sure it was replaced with the proper model and parts to meet code. He took a lot of time he didn't have to to ensure things were done correctly and the proper parts were used. Took multiple trips due to supplier issues but Juan Carlos made a difficult situation a lot easier to handle. Thank you.

Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. I'm very satisfied.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

On time professional

Well I don't know where to start my water heater burst damaged my drywall in the garage and seeped into the drywall in the bedroom. Behind the Walls soaked rug and it was a mess. I wasn't home I have a tenant in that house and the Tenant and Joe at LV restoration Plumbing got together and started repair processe. The Insurance company was difficult to deal with. I had to remind the claims adjuster that I am the client. After Joe and the tenant got together it was great to see that my tenant and Joe worked very well together. They done everything necessary to get the house back into condition it came out to be an A+ condition I am so so relieved. It took a little time my tenant was patient Joel set up a temporary hot water system for the tenants. It went so smooth after the tenant and Joe at Las Vegas restoration got together and coordinate everything that tension and stress levels drop to near zero. I need to mention Joe delt with my insurance company and that was good for me. I am considering changing insurance company. If you need work regarding water damage or Plumbing call Joe. Thanks Joe.

I called Best air conditioning at 10 am. They sent an amazing air conditioning tech by the name of David within two hours. David was able to diagnose the problem within no time. He went over the different options and my air conditioning unit was working within the hour. I am so thankful I found Best air and plumbing to service my unit from here on in.

*Update to original review*I can’t say enough enough about this Company and it’s technicians. I thought I was having an issue with my A/C unit yesterday. Called BumbleBreeze and they had techs out first thing this morning. Wesley and Enrique showed up to the call. Turns out my AC is fine it just needed to have some screws tightens a bit. They took the time to look everything over and make sure I was in good shape. These guys are professional, honest, and efficient. Can’t say enough good things! Bumble Breeze hires the best. This company lost one of their best technicians. Another technician came out and he was terrible and had bad customer service. I would not recommend using this company. They are also overpriced.
