From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. They are professional, VERY responsive and have very competitive prices. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Very rude staff. When trying to speak with them over the phone they had nothing to say about the way the employees were acting on the job just not listening to me explain what was going on. Overall shook with the way these guys think its ok to act towards their clients and will never be recomending or using this service again.

Kurt has been my go to plumber for over 10 years and he never disappoints. He’s extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and dependable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else working on plumbing issues in my house. His pricing is fair and he is accommodating to my schedule as well as quick to respond d in emergencies. He’s done everything from water heater installs to main sewer pipe repairs to simple faucet replacements, all reasonably and fairly priced. You can’t say this about service companies in this town but I can say this about him...he is honest and fair and I don’t know what I would have done without him for over 15 years.

We had Clark over to help with removing and replacing our kitchen faucet. He was amazing!!! Great guy with a heart of gold. Highly recommend Royalty Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
