Tech arrived and was very professional and was full of helpful knowledge. Even had the shoe coverings to not track in crud. Highly recommend and will definitely be my go to plumber.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. I called at 10am on a weekend as my tenant said she had no hot water. Juan Carlos Garcia arrived to my condo by noon and had my broken hot water removed and replaced by 2pm and my tenant was able to shower! Tech Cool to the rescue! Highly recommend!

We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. We will recommend him and his company to all our family and friends. The quality and workmanship of his services is second to none. Thank you Albert and Second Opinion Plumbing!

We had an issue where all of our pipes were banging every time we turned on the water. Gave these guys a call and they came out right away. Very knowledgeable and got to the issue right away. Will use them again, fair prices, great service.

I hesitate selecting the “repairs” they have made on my house because none of them are in good working condition after repeated visits. I’m forced to use this company through my property management office and they are a complete nightmare. They show up hours late never do the job correctly and have to send other repairmen out to complete the job after the first guy didn’t do right. I’m completely unsatisfied with their performance and wish I could use another company for my repairs.
