Work was done in a timely fashion and all facets were explained to make me understand what was done and the quality of the materials being used. Had an issue with my toilet. The water would not stop running after the tank was full. The shut off valve was also broken. Carmine Jr. came same day within the hour to repair my issue. He was very nice and ran to the hardware store twice to get parts to make sure everything was working correctly. He made me feel comfortable and I was happy with the job performed. The pricing was average for the work done. Paid $250.00 in cash for a new pump system, valve and seal. I have actually used this company for the last 8 years that I have lived at my current address. They have always been professional and friendly. Something I value as a female since not all people in the plumbing and electrical industry treat female customers the same as they would a male.
