We purchased our home in December 2017 with a busted heater. Priced Right came out quickly to install a pristine unit, realign and appropriately seal our focal heat ducting. We purchased the yearly support administration at an ostensible charge. THIS IS WELL WORTH IT!!!! Today the technician came out to perform the administration. He was very polite and proficient. He even offered to clear out the dryer vent. I highly recommend Priced Right.

They send me an email saying it’s time for my service appointment. I respond. Several times. They send same original reminder. I try calling. Many weeks of non-responsiveness later I’m still trying to get them to come to me. The office staff don’t take messages or coordinate. And “the supervisor” always has issues. Service is good if pricey — if you can get them to show.
