Roto Rooter-Middlesex was quick to respond to our clogged shower drain. We were lucky to get a same day service in the morning that we called. Antonio and his co-worker were very polite and professional and were able to fix the issue with our shower drain without a problem. they had no problem putting on shoe covers and wearing masks to make sure that we were comfortable. I sometimes get dirty looks from technicians from other companies when I ask them to wear shoe covers or masks, but Antonio and his co-worker were so nice that we didn’t feel any guilt for requesting them to wear protective gear. We are very grateful for their service and highly recommend them.

Just wanna Thank you the Service Professionals Team for an Outstanding Job they did yesterday for me, when I Call the Office about my Water Heater Busted in my Basement. The Service Lady was so Helpful and Understand my frustration and nightmare. She send me Joaquin which was So Helpful to Guide me on what I should do and what is my best concern about it.
