They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

Though my initial experience with Roto-Rooter fell short of expectations, their subsequent actions impressed me. They proactively reached out to apologize, stating that the level of service I received didn't align with their usual high standards. To rectify the situation, they offered me a refund.

We had a sink back up and overflow and needed a plumbing company to come out Asap. We contacted this place, and they responded very quickly, indicating someone would be able to stop by the next morning. The plumbers came and did a great job, explaining step by step the issues and how they went about to resolve it. I look forward to using these guys again in the future!

I called them for a clogged pipe and they responded within 30 minutes. They cleared the pipe and installed new ones. Affordable, they worked clean and quickly.

The guys gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were running a bit late. They came and did a great job replacing my 11 year old water heater that came with house when I purchased it new. It was a cleaner and much neater job than the previous contractors. They were very quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Fair price, great service.

DMC is the most professional , friendly ,efficient family owned business I have ever come across. Talk about on time they were waiting for me. The project was completed faster than expected Cleanliness was a priority . Installers and technicians were professional and friendly. Sean and John worked right along side their guys. This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
