ECO responded quickly and got me on the schedule for a visit.The guy that came out to help us look at our options was the same guy who did the install. We got a 4 unit ductless for a great price. The team was polite and professional. The install is tidy and clean, and they did a great job cleaning up their mess when they were done. The unit works great, and our power bill has dropped since we don't have to use the window unit we'd been limping along with. I would definitely recommend ECO!
