We have used All Clear many times. All of their service staff are courteous and respectful of property. Elvis was our service rep for this installation. Elvis did a great job removing old and installing the new toilet and finished in the time he stated. Great work.

Tommy was super kind and helpful when stopping by my house after hours same day when our heat stopped working. It was a minor issue, but I'm terrified of messing with anything HVAC related bc of the age of my house. None the less, got our heat up and running. He called out potential future issues to make sure I service/take care of. Highly recommend especially in a time where lots of people say they'll show up but won't! He showed up and took great care. I'll definitely hire him again in the future based on this interaction.

Our hot water heater broke and leaked all over our finished basement. Joe from Russo Plumbing immediately responded to my call at 4 pm and came right over to assess the situation. Instead of having us wait until the next day, he and his crew put in a new water heater and replaced old pipes. He came back the next day to finish the job. Joe was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond for our family. His prices were extremely reasonable and fair for the amount of work he did. We highly recommend him to others and will use them in the future.

I could not be happier with the work done by Sal Trippi Plumbing! I had a slow drip from my tub spout and my handyman made it sound like it would be a very simple job to switch the old fixtures out with new ones. It was not - The job turned out to be MUCH more than he bargained for and I was left with a completely non-functioning shower (the only one in our place). Other plumbers took days to get back to me, just to refuse to touch the job because of the custom tile work. The few who would consider doing the work wanted to destroy several feet of tile to replace the parts in the wall, leaving me with either a mismatched wall or an additional $5-10K expense of replacing the whole surround. Desperate for a true pro, I found Sal, and his team saved my bathroom!

Sal responded to my message within minutes, and he was very friendly and professional. His estimate was equal or lower than everyone else I contacted, and he was very flexible with his availability, sending his team on a holiday so I wouldn’t have to miss any more work or go another week without a shower. Sal was confident in his ability to make the repair using only the few spare tiles I had, and his confidence was not misplaced - his team, Mario and Joe, did incredible work. They swapped out my old leaky fixtures for beautiful new ones, including replacing the valve and diverter in the wall. The best part - they did it with barely no damage to the tile, and the repair they did to the few tiles they needed to remove is completely unnoticeable. The leak is gone, the shower works great, and everything looks better than ever, all for a VERY reasonable price in a short period of time.

I just want to thank the electrician who came over to my house last week to replace 14 outlets in the first floor, after discovering the problem was the old outlets in one of the bedrooms. Some of the outlets were malfunctioning, causing some of the lights to flicker in other areas of the house. Or half the house would be out of power due to a short circuit. These new outlets are not only stylish, they're a step above making sure my family and I are living in a safer, more up to date environment. Even though the job was costly, I still saved a pretty penny with the membership I'm subscribed to. I'm satisfied with the work that was done.
