We should have left this review sooner. Super Plumber has come through for us on multiple occasions. Bill the owner and his son are nothing short of professional and over all great to work with. Both times the communication was great and he made sure to keep us updated through and through. Most recently they came to service us due to a clog and had to return a week later (no fault of theirs) and both times on a Saturday they went above and beyond to get out service taken care of same day! Super plumber and Bill are the best, wouldnt call anyone else!

Though my initial experience with Roto-Rooter fell short of expectations, their subsequent actions impressed me. They proactively reached out to apologize, stating that the level of service I received didn't align with their usual high standards. To rectify the situation, they offered me a refund.

What surprised me was not just their guarantee of work, but their assurance of customer satisfaction as well.

Given their demonstrated commitment to customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to consider Roto-Rooter again in the future.

Adam responded to my voice message the same day, which as I have come to know with other plumbers, is unheard of. He and his worker were punctual, polite and very professional. They installed a water heater and were very neat and left no mess. While installing the new water heater Adam encountered a broken gas valve and replaced that as well for no extra charge. I was very pleased with him and his company. I would highly recommend Brooks Plumbing and Heating.

i used these guys before. they came in did the work without discussing the price then charged me an almost $1000 i was not happy or even pleased with the work at all.
