I called Bill of Super Plumber on a Saturday, he picked up the phone and immediately arranged a super experienced plumber, also named Bill, to take care of the matter. The boss Bill kept telling me we get you covered that eased my anxiety significantly. The plumber Bill showed up in just 20 minutes to my home (and that is on a Saturday!), handled the emergency so the water will not leak anymore. The next business day the plumber Bill showed up in early morning and replaced the water heat promptly. The plumber Bill is really professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Super Plumber cares about their customers just like their own family members, cares about customer's homes just like their own homes. Their price is also better than other plumbers. Over the winter our furnace went out in our house in Montclair ., we called Tom and he came out gave us the best estimate out of 4 companies and had the heat and a new return for the ductwork done in a day . He came back today and completed the AC side of the install as scheduled before the spring as he promised . Roto Rooter-Middlesex was quick to respond to our clogged shower drain. We were lucky to get a same day service in the morning that we called. Antonio and his co-worker were very polite and professional and were able to fix the issue with our shower drain without a problem. they had no problem putting on shoe covers and wearing masks to make sure that we were comfortable. I sometimes get dirty looks from technicians from other companies when I ask them to wear shoe covers or masks, but Antonio and his co-worker were so nice that we didn’t feel any guilt for requesting them to wear protective gear. We are very grateful for their service and highly recommend them.

I am not one to leave reviews but I cannot thank Adam enough for his services. When I first called regarding and issue with leaking radiators and installing Automatic Water Fillers for both our boilers he was able to make it out the same day. He was also able to diagnose and get me an estimate fairly quickly.His labor was fair price, and he did a hell of a job. Not to mentioned I had an issue with processing my payment and he worked with me to make sure I didn’t over pay him.Highly recommend! Will be reaching out to him to service our boilers this winter.

I called them for a clogged pipe and they responded within 30 minutes. They cleared the pipe and installed new ones. Affordable, they worked clean and quickly.
