Here is a little backstory…In May of 2015 we had a new high efficiency boiler (BOSCH Greenstar Combi) installed by a company I will not mention here so as to not taint this review. These crooks (those who installed the unit) would not help us when the heating exchange failed. Instead of helping us they simply said to install a new unit to further exploit us.

Finding a company who even knew how to service this boiler was a challenge in itself. With the help of Bosch we were able to find Kew Forest and we are so happy we did. From the moment we reached out to Paul, he helped to walk us through each process. Paul assessed our issues over the phone, answered all of our questions and sent his guys over that very day. He communicated with us daily, helped us to order the piece that he knew was under warranty, and then tried to find ways to help us avoid unnecessary costs. Even after his men changed the heating exchange he gave us advice on what parts to have on hand in order to avoid any future issues. The epitome of customer service. A few months ago, we had the boiler system in the house break and not deliver heat properly. Chris was timely, and explained every step of the way what he was doing and why he was doing it. The job became a rather large one as we discovered the issues with the boiler system, needing a full drain and changing of the bleeder valves through the whole house. Every time we made a change to the plan that would cost more, Chris was sure to inform me and make sure that was what we wanted to move forward with. I told him to fix it well once so I didn't need him again - several months later, my heat is working better than ever. Considering the initial quote he gave me, and how big the project had ballooned to, he even knocked a little bit off of the final total at the end.
