Roto-Rooter and Walter were delightful to work with. The lady on the phone was friendly, and Walter the plumbing expert was MORE than professional. Took 2 visits, but looks like he got this particularly tough job DONE. Also, I was NOT charged for the second visit because of their guarantee. Would definitely call again. Thanks guys!

We’re so glad we found Pemati Plumbing Services. There was a lot to figure out and Jack clearly explained all of our options and gave us some great ideas for how best to set everything up. I’m no plumber, but after talking to Jack I came away with a much better understanding of how the pipes in our house function. Jack installed the new pipes and hooked up the washer dryer so that by the time he left, we were running our very first load of laundry. His work was excellent, his prices were more than fair, and he really knows his stuff. We’re definitely going to be using Jack for any and all plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

For the replacement of a main sewer line tap, I received many quotes. JP had the greatest pricing I could find and was very responsive and informed. They were on time, and the personnel was excellent. One of the team members cleaned up a section of my grass that was a disaster from a prior contractor while they waited for the inspectors. Despite the fact that I didn't ask for it, he was really helpful. I'll be calling these people first if I have any other requirements.
