I’m renting and needed the kitchen sink unclogged. Roto-Rooter is an awesome plumbing company. My technican’s was Matt (Tech #1114). He was quick, thorough, and showed great customer service in his attitude. He represented the company well and I would highly recommend them to family and friends (and for future plumbing needs).

The team who came today was cheerful and professional. They immediately determined the problem, had the correct parts and finished the repair.

We had a 3 day DEP notice , went online found JP water & sewer, they came the next day, and changed the water line in one day !!

I had a couple of issues that needed fixing/investigating. One was that my washing machine didn't have hot water. The guy broke my drain pan moving the machine out and then just said I need a new box. He did not attempt to disconnect it or clean it (which might have solved the problem. ) I bought a new water leak sensor and asked them to install it. Gateway said that would cost $1500. I already paid $490 for the initial visit. Even though it would only take an hour or two, they said they charge for 4 hours regardless and that they are $350/hour. I hired a task rabbit to do it for $160 instead.
