Great plumber in NYC - called Hub Plumbing up because I had faucet leaking and disposer not working, they comet and was on time and repaired problems quick and extenpesive.

I called A&E NYC Plumbing to install my faucet. The response is quick and the price for the services.rendered is reasonable. Technicians are vey knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommended.

This was a 15-20 minute easy job (apparently), and the leak is fixed. Tony was great, friendly, and had good humor.

We have used these guys twice since moving into our home last year, and both times, we were so impressed with their professional and helpful service.

Great experience overall. Friendly, incredibly responsive, and really clear and timely communication without being at all condescending (as repair people sometimes can be to women...). They we able to fit me in quickly, and were able to repair my problem for literally 10% of what another plumber quoted me. They also took masks/COVID safety very seriously as do I, which I really appreciate. The first plumber I called did not which was incredibly stressful. Lesson learned - call Aladdin first! Seriously, Aladdin was the bright spot of my week - thanks guys!!

Great and honest plumber here. My kitchen faucet had been leaking and another plumber that I consulted told me to get a new faucet. (Mine is quite new, from Dec 2019, so I really didn’t want to have to replace it.) I then asked for a quote to simply reinstall it since our building handymen noted that the initial installation wasn’t done well. I got a quote from the first plumber that suggested a new faucet altogether and it was astronomical. Another plumber quoted by the hour without noting how long it’ll take. Third plumber, AABC, quoted the fairest amount based on Google ranges for this type of job. Irving just came and diagnosed the issue immediately. It was a simple issue and nothing needed to be reinstalled or replaced!
If you ever need a plumber, I’d highly recommend AABC Plumbing.

I used Harris Plumbing & Heating recently National Grid shut off gas line in my home. This Company Master Plumber and Staff are very good. Professional , good listeners, reasonable prices. If you want it done right I highly recommend this Company.

Mr. Flush Sewer & Drain has been one of the most professional companies I had worked with. I was in a really bad situation at my house with my main boiler which had broken down completely in the middle of winter and was desperate to get it replaced. I called several companies to get quotes and of course everyone that came to see the boiler saw the desperation in my face and were quoting me exorbitant prices. Finally (Juan) from Mr. Flush came to the house to assess the boiler and he gave me two choices. One was a temporary fix and that didn’t guarantee that problem wouldn’t come back since boiler was old and the second choice was to replace it. I opted to replace it because the quote that I got from Mr. Flush was very much in line with the market at the time. They ordered the new boiler and installed it on a Saturday and by Saturday night the new boiler was up and running. Their professionalism goes above and beyond . They cleaned the area were the old boiler was located and the took the old boiler with them. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have. You will not regret it!

Run, don't walk to Fred Smith if you want an amazingly terrible experience! These guys are always more than happy to help you waste any extra time you may want to get rid of. Thanks for not showing!

I had a couple of issues that needed fixing/investigating. One was that my washing machine didn't have hot water. The guy broke my drain pan moving the machine out and then just said I need a new box. He did not attempt to disconnect it or clean it (which might have solved the problem. ) I bought a new water leak sensor and asked them to install it. Gateway said that would cost $1500. I already paid $490 for the initial visit. Even though it would only take an hour or two, they said they charge for 4 hours regardless and that they are $350/hour. I hired a task rabbit to do it for $160 instead.

Is this still a functioning company? I'm confused. 2 days in a row, I call them, get a timeslot. Two days in a row, 2 hours late, no courtesy call. I call them back. 'We will be right there'. An hour later I call back, annoyed. Again no courtesy call stating they will be late. 'We will be right there'. Another hour passes. No show.

On the first day, they finally showed up, 6 hours late, not one courtesy call. The dude forgot his tools, oops. Seriously? We schedule an appointment for tomorrow between 9am-12pm.

Tomorrow rolls around. 1pm and no show, no courtesy call. 'Is it ok if we come at 4pm?' Me, annoyed as hell. 'Sure'. 4pm, no show and no call. 'We will be right there.' They LITERALLY, NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED, ONE TIME. COMPLETE NO SHOW. Never seen it in my life. Not even a call to state that they will no show. We literally sat around all day waiting, they completely wasted our time.

Why is there not an option for 0 stars? This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and that is saying A LOT.
