The guy who came and did the job was lovely. Courteous, competent, speedy. But the scheduling was a nightmare. I called at 8am and explained that I had to leave by noon for an essential family celebration. I was told someone would be there in two hours. When I called back to say no one had come I was put on hold, and the reps seemed unsurprised and indifferent. In the end, I waited 7 hours and felt I'd been misled simply to get the gig; with more information, I'd have shopped around and found someone who could keep their word. But at least the guy who did the work was responsible and professional. There is that.

They came through as promised and fixed a leaking toilet. Got a quick appointment under 24 hrs. And they did a good job.

I am utterly impressed with the plumber who got dispatched from 24 HR Emergency Plumber NYC Inc. He showed up on-time and was very friendly. He offered a few expert tips on maintenance and I appreciate him.

Toilet stopped working yesterday morning. I kept trying to unclog the whole day and this morning using two different types of plungers and no luck. Tried liquid plumber and hot water and nothing. Mom suggested roto-rooter. I called and on a Sunday at 7am they answered. Got email confirmation and then i was getting texts letting me know approximate time they will get here and when they got here. Michael gave me a quote when he got here and started right away. He was done within 30 minutes. Left the bathroom clean (I had nothing to clean up after) and the toilet working!!!! He was godsent. I have back issues and had a back surgery months ago but am still in pain and my back was hurting from trying so much to get the toilet fixed myself. I am so thankful for roto-rooter and for Michael!! I highly recommend this company and especially Michael! Oh I also want to add that he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable!!
