I had several visits from Roto-Rooter but technician # 2665 Frank Mamakos, came for the third visit and offered the best solution to the issues including a guarantee. He was thorough, efficient and clear about why and how the matter had arisen. I recommend this company and if you can have him handle your matter, you are in great hands.

Plumber from hell. Work not done right and egregiously overcharged. Strung me along all day too and wasted a lot of my time. Had to hire someone else to subsequently fix the venting of the hot water heaters and meanwhile the gas remained shut off by National Grid an extra day.
