Too Expensive!! My bathroom tub was clogged, so i called Roto Rooter 9/11/2016. 5 Stars for being open on Sunday and being able to send a plumber within 4 hours of placing the call. I was unable so soon so I scheduled an appointment for monday morning between 8 am -12. Roto Rooter schedules in 4 hour blocks and the plumber showed at 11am (5 stars). The tub drain needed to be snaked and the minimum charge was $525 per drain. My bathroom sink was also draining a little slow. Plumber said he could also do the sink for 1/2 off for the second drain. After some haggling over the price we agreed on $650 for the work on both drains. I agreed because I'm out of town, my wife just gave birth Friday and didn't want to spend all day thinking about it. After 30 minutes the plumber was done, then surprised me with $650 plus Tax (0 Stars).I was glad to get the job done but should have called around. After the fact I contacted some companies who can snake drains for $150 to $199 for the first drain. 5 Star review if the price was reasonable.

Price was absolutely insanely high. They charged $750 to do 30 minutes work fixing the flappers in the back of two toilets. They marked $20 of parts up to $100 and said that was “company policy”.They were on time and it seems to work. I called two other contractors who said they would do it for less than $200 all in. Problem was they refuse to give you a price before they come and my housekeeper told him to do the work. So I’m stuck with a huge bill

We got recommended to JP we had a broken and backed pitch sewer, these guys came knew exactly what to do and fix the problem in a few days a very positive experience great job

Their work quality is high, they are easy to deal with, they are always responsive, and in all of my experience with them I only had one small issue with a dripping faucet (which was fixed within 12 hours).
