It all started when the workers showed up to my home. They were pleasant and comforting to my elderly mother. The fear of flooding is scary for the elderly. They performed their work in a timely fashion and cleaned up really well. The area was cleaner than it was before they showed up… Will definitely use them again, and share them with friends!

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

Maryann dispatched two plumbers that arrived exactly when she said they would at 8:00 am.The two plumbers addressed the problem, they were very professional. Called Vuksani Plumbing for an emergency as our toilet was leaking to the downstairs neighbor's apartment. Marko showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained the root cause and provided insights on how to remediate the issue long-term so this does not occur again. Pretty friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable due to the short notice and emergency call. They are there when you need them and 24/7. Vuksani is very reliable and trusting service you can count on. Thank you!

Plumber from hell. Work not done right and egregiously overcharged. Strung me along all day too and wasted a lot of my time. Had to hire someone else to subsequently fix the venting of the hot water heaters and meanwhile the gas remained shut off by National Grid an extra day.
