Not related to tech I'm not sure what normal service costs but 485 dollars seems a bit excessive to snake a 20 foot section of pipe. Luckily I had a 40 dollar coupon and they also gave a 40 dollar discount for arriving a bit later than expected. All in all good job.

The gentleman who claims to be the owner Joey works under another plumbers license number who is named John Bergamino. Joey will never show to the job sight when promised and will take 5 times longer then the estimated time frame on the contract to complete. When questioned Joey will go out of his way to threaten you ( luckily he is 5 foot 6 inches and 265 pounds) so the threats are a waste of time. take the time to ask the right questions and search out other companies to protect yourself.

They showed up first thing on a Sunday morning. Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix our problem, they took a little extra time to give us a quick crash course on how we could prevent this issue from happening next winter. Will definitely call them again if we have any other issues.

They never responded to several attempts. Oh well.
