Best Repair Job in New York NY

We had a very big job. They explained the scope of work they were doing both before and after completing the job. The staff cleaned up after the work was complete. very satisfied giving them 5 stars.

We were astounded by their prompt response and cordial service when our hot water tank completely failed on one of the coldest days of the year. Call them up if you're in a pinch and need a plumber. prices are reasonable. highly suggested. We have decided to stay put. They will be our plumbers from this point forward.

Scheduled for Friday. They called on Friday and told me they couldn't make it. I rescheduled for Monday, and they called and told me they couldn't make it again. Horrible.

Incompetent and ignorant. Fixed one thing but completely ruined another and failed to attend to it.

The team showed up on time and got the job done. The videos were great helping us see what was going on in the pipes. One less thing to worry about.

Not only they came the same day, they had all plumbing pipe repairs done in less than an hour. I told them I will definitely use them again and refer to my friends and family. Professional, fast and friendly. They were great, thanks again guys!

The plumber was great. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, and really seemed to know his sewer repair job. Will definitely be using Star Plumbers New York for our future plumbing related needs.

Excellent job - assessed the problem, bought the part needed and fixed our Baxi boiler in about 3 hours. Terrific same-day service!

My boyfriend made an appointment for 4pm. At 6pm with no courtesy call and no plumber, I asked my boyfriend to contact them and see if they were still coming since I'd been waiting a while and had a dinner reservation. Long story short, the plumber finally showed up 4 hours late with not a single tool in hand. He gave a quote and said he'd be back around 9am-12pm the next day. He never showed. No phone call, no apology. I'd rate this company zero stars if I could.

The plumber never showed up within the estimated time frame. I called to follow up and they confirmed that he was not going to make it. Very unprofessional that they failed to call or reschedule. I went with someone else.

Horrible! Initial interaction with this company resulted in them providing a quote that was 3x more expensive than another plumber. They wanted to rip out pipes that weren't even broken. Gave them a 2nd try for a much smaller problem which resulted in them not even showing up despite telling me that they were coming ALL day. One excuse after another and yet noone showed up. Other options available that seem to be more reliable.
