They're generally very good and professional. I wasn't thrilled when I noticed the guy that showed up wasn't wearing a mask. I asked if he was vaccinated & he said he wasn't. He did put one on after I asked, at least on his mouth but geez. That's why this thing won't go away. Not cool.

Keli was professional and informative. He went straight to work, was transparent about costs and what he was doing, offered advice on what to do in the future, and left the room as clean (if not cleaner) than he found it. The drain is back to flowing perfectly. From the time I called to when the service was complete, it was less than 2 hours on a Saturday evening. Excellent service.
