We experienced a middle of the night water backup as a result of a clogged sewer line and water softener waste water that was unable to bypass the clog and therefore backed up into the basement utility room. Vuksani Plumbing is my go to plumber for the apartments i manage, and they are amazing. They are responsive, show up when they are supposed to, do the work quickly and are fully insured. I have used them for at least 4 apartments now, including repairing a leaking toilet, replacing a 50 year old shower valve and unclogging a shower drain. They are very reasonably priced, and I highly recommend them!

At first I was confused by 72F’s policy of not actually doing the work they recommend, but their consulting service probably saved money in the long run. They didn't try to sell me anything, but did tell me how to fine tune and maintain our system to get the best out of it and hopefully prevent problems in the long run. John came out and did recommend some work, but I did the smaller stuff myself and he put me in touch with a plumber who could handle what I didn't think I could do myself. He came and inspected everything when it was done and didn’t charge us for the follow-up visit. Well worth the $2,500 (roughly, plus repairs) for our small co-op.
